  Southwestern Allegany County in western New York...

* Until 1115 PM EDT.

* At 715 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated gauges indicated verh 
  heavy rain falling across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain 
  has already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other 
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Olean, Salamanca, Allegany State Park, Allegany, Cuba, St.
  Bonaventure, Weston Mills, Hinsdale, Great Valley and Carrollton.

This includes Interstate 86 between exits 19 and 28.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN CATTARAUGUS AND SOUTHWESTERN ALLEGANY COUNTIES...

At 848 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to
three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing
or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage 
         and low lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Olean, Salamanca, Allegany State Park, Allegany, Cuba, St.
Bonaventure, Weston Mills, Hinsdale, Great Valley and Carrollton.

Additional rainfall amounts of a half inch to an inch are possible 
in the warned area.
