* At 634 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Poultney
  Village, moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to 
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
