* At 1227 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

At 202 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported a road washed out 3 
miles north of Plainview. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have 
fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing.

  Sheriff's Office in Mauston. Between 3.5 and 7 inches of rain have 
  fallen. Flash flooding is  occurring.

The heavy rain has ended and flash flooding is no longer expected to 
pose a threat. The Flash Flood Warning has been replaced by an Areal
