area. Mudslides on Highway 16 near Lanesboro have brought debris
across the road. Also, mudslides have been reported near Winona with
power poles downed. Trees were downed with a mudslide in western
Winona county near Elba.

northeast.

At 917 PM CDT, law enforcement reported flooding is increasing in
Buffalo and Trempealeau counties. Arcadia now has flooding beginning
in town on Cleveland Street. The public reported rising water in
Fountain City as well. Some improvement was seen on the Winona city
streets as rainfall rates have decreased there.

continuing in Winona county due to the heavy rainfall. One mudslide
is onto Highway 14 between Stockton and Winona, and another on
county road 20 west of Stockton. 4 to 5 inches of rain has fallen.
Flash flooding and mudslides are ongoing.
