North central Hamilton County in eastern New York...
* Until 815 PM EDT.
* At 739 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Blue Mountain Lake, or 11 miles northwest of
Indian Lake, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
north central Hamilton County, including the following locations...
Long Lake, Catlin Lake and Deerland.
