  snow accumulations of 6 to 14 inches. Gusts of 45 to 55 mph are
  expected.  

* WHERE...Haines, the Haines Highway, Skagway, and the South 
  Klondike Highway including White Pass.

* WHEN...Snow has begun easing and changing to rain at sea level.
  Winds will persist through the afternoon.  

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Heavy, wet snow will
  be difficult to manage.  

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This morning, Haines reported around 7
  inches of new snow. Skagway and Dyea reported 10 to 12 inches of
  new snow. Gusts of 50 to 55 mph have been reported at the Haines
  Harbor with gusts around 45 mph in Skagway.
