...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 6 AM
AKDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Plan on difficult travel conditions.
  Total snow accumulations of 4 to 10 inches expected, heaviest
  above 3000 feet. 

* WHERE...Northeastern Brooks Range.

* WHEN...10 PM today to 6 AM Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy snow is expected to develop after 10
  pm tonight and continue through early Saturday morning. Very low
  visibility will occur at times. The Dalton Highway between
  Toolik Lake and Atigun Pass is expected to be covered by wet
  snow from late tonight through Saturday, making travel difficult.
  Areas below 2000 feet can expect 2 to 4 inches of snow, while 
  areas above 2000 feet can expect 6 to 10 inches of snow. The 
  heaviest snow will be above 3000 feet where less melting will 
  occur.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions are expected. This will make travel very difficult or
