  morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing 
  snow could significantly reduce visibility to one half mile at 
  times overnight into Wednesday. As winds shift to northwest 
  late Wednesday morning, visibilities could drop to one quarter 
  mile or less at times.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts 
  as high as 45 mph begin this evening. Winds then become 
  northwest overnight through Wednesday morning and will cause
