* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Visibility reduced to one
  quarter mile or less at times. Total snow accumulations of 1 to
  3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 70 mph.

* WHERE...Thompson Pass.

* WHEN...From 3 PM Tuesday to 6 PM AKST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing 
  snow could significantly reduce visibility. The dangerously 
  cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero could cause frostbite 
  on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing snow will reduce visibility to
  around one half mile at times tonight into Tuesday. As winds
  increase during the afternoon, expect blowing snow to intensify
  and reduce visibility to less than one quarter mile.
