* WHAT...North winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph 
  expected.

* WHERE...Curry County and Roosevelt County.

* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 10 PM MST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Additionally, difficult driving conditions are possible for 
  high profile vehicles on east to west roadways.
