At 910 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Wheatland, or 26 miles southeast of Tucumcari, moving northeast at 20 mph. Dime size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this storm. Locations impacted include... San Jon, Grady and Wheatland. This includes Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 351 and 361.
