  was located 3 miles northwest of Cass, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.

was located 6 miles southeast of Saint Paul, moving east at 45 mph.

FRANKLIN COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 315 PM CDT...
        
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and has exited the warned area. Therefore the warning will be
allowed to expire.  However gusty winds are still possible with this
thunderstorm.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 500 PM CDT for northwestern
and west central Arkansas.
