  Central Rogers County in northeastern Oklahoma...
  Northwestern Mayes County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 130 PM CDT.

* At 1124 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates that around 2 
  inches of rain fell in the area in less than an hour in the warned 
  area. Flash flooding may be occurring in rural areas between Foyil 
  and Pryor and near the Little Dog Creek.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  northeast portions of Claremore...
