  Southeastern Bay County in the Panhandle of Florida...

* Until 1145 PM CDT.

* At 939 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have 
  already fallen with another one to two inches possible. Flash 
  flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Mexico Beach, Tyndall Air Force Base, Wetappo, Beacon Hill, Davis
  Beach and Allanton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN BAY COUNTY...

At 1059 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates up to six inches 
of rain have already fallen in the last 3 hours along Highway 98 
near Tyndall AFB. Flash flooding is likely along Highway 98 near 
Tyndall AFB.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mexico Beach, Tyndall Air Force Base, Wetappo, Beacon Hill, Davis
Beach and Allanton.
