The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Tom Green County in west central Texas...

* Until 945 PM CDT.

* At 651 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across Tom Green County, especially southern parts of 
  the county where radar estimates 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen 
  in the past hour. Storms and potentially flash flood producing 
  heavy rain is likely to develop over the city of San Angelo as 
  well. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  San Angelo, Christoval, Wall, Orient, San Angelo State Park, Twin
  Buttes Reservoir, Grape Creek, Goodfellow Air Force Base, Mereta,
  Carlsbad, Veribest, Knickerbocker, O.c. Fisher Reservoir, Vancourt,
  Lake Nasworthy, Tankersley, Harriet and Us-67 Near The Irion-
  Tom Green County Line.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN TOM GREEN COUNTY...

At 756 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicates that heavy rain over the 
central and northern parts of the county, including San Angelo, has 
ended, and so those areas have been removed from the warning. In 
southern Tom Green County, thunderstorms producing heavy rain 
continue and radar estimates around 3 inches or more of rain in the 
past 3 hours. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

San Angelo, Christoval, Knickerbocker, Vancourt, Twin Buttes
Reservoir, Tankersley and Us-67 Near The Irion-
