The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Riverside County in southern California...
  Orange County in southwestern California...

* Until 145 PM PST

* At 1044 AM PST, NWS weather radar indicated new heavy rain moving 
  into all of Orange County. This will cause additional flash flooding
  over the Holy fire scar, city of Anaheim and Garden Grove, and the
  Orange County canyons. This includes Laguna Canyon. Rainfall rates
  of 0.50 to 0.75 per hour are expected through 1 pm. The headwaters
  has received 3 to 6 inches of rainfall over the Santa Ana mountains. 

* Some locations that will likely experience flooding include...
  Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Corona, Orange, Costa Mesa, Mission
  Viejo, Tustin, Yorba Linda and San Clemente.
