Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms over the coastal waters will continue to approach the coast and could bring an isolated lightning strike at the beaches through 900 PM. The best chances of lightning will be from La Jolla south to the Mexican border. The thunderstorm risk will taper by 900 PM.
