  The Chester Creek neart Chester.
* until this afternoon...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 6:15 AM, the creek level was 8.16 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The creek will continue rising to near 9.1 feet
  this morning. The creek is expected to fall below flood stage
  by afternoon.
* Impact...At 10.5 feet, flood damage, adjacent to the creek,
  begins in the city of Chester.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 8.7
