EVENING...

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a Low
Water Advisory, which is in effect from 6 PM to 11 PM EST this
evening.

* WINDS AND SEAS...West winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 55 
  kt. Seas 6 to 9 feet.

* WATER LEVELS...Water levels will range from 2.0 to 2.5 feet
  below MLLW during the time of low tide this evening. 

* IMPACTS...Low water levels may cause navigation problems around
  the times of low tide this evening.

* OUTLOOK...Gale force gusts will continue through tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Storm Warning means winds of 48 to 63 knots are imminent or
occurring. Recreational boaters should remain in port, or take
shelter until winds and waves subside. Commercial vessels should
prepare for very strong winds and dangerous sea conditions, and
consider remaining in port or taking shelter in port until winds
and waves subside.

A Low Water Advisory means water levels are expected to be
significantly below average. Mariners should use extreme caution
and transit at the slowest safe navigable speed to minimize
impact.
