In northeast Maryland, Cecil and Kent MD. In New Jersey, Camden, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Northwestern Burlington, Salem, Somerset, and Warren. In Pennsylvania, Berks, Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lehigh, Lower Bucks, Northampton, Philadelphia, Upper Bucks, Western Chester, and Western Montgomery. * From 8 PM EDT this evening through Sunday afternoon * Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop over portions of eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware beginning this evening with precipitation transitioning to a widespread moderate to heavy rain overnight tonight through much of Sunday. Total rain amounts by late Sunday are expected to be 1 to 2 inches with locally higher amounts possible. This will result in rises on rivers and streams with the potential for urban, small stream, and poor drainage flooding.
