  Northern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 449 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated several rounds of 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. These 
  storms will move over some of the same areas that received heavy 
  rain earlier this afternoon. Flash flooding is likely in areas 
  that receive repetitive rounds of heavy rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Reading, Pottstown, Emmaus, Wyomissing, Quakertown,
  Birdsboro, Kutztown, Hamburg, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring,
  Laureldale, East Greenville, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown,
  Topton, Robesonia, Leesport and Adamstown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.

BERKS...NORTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY...SOUTHEASTERN LEHIGH...NORTHWESTERN
BUCKS AND NORTHERN CHESTER COUNTIES...

At 644 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heaviest rain was coming 
to an end. Although the heavy rain was ending, runoff will continue 
into the evening. The flash flood warning remains in effect until 
845 pm. 

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Allentown, Reading, Pottstown, Emmaus, Wyomissing, Quakertown,
Birdsboro, Kutztown, Hamburg, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring, Laureldale,
East Greenville, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Topton,
