* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1045 PM EDT.

* At 648 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the
  areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, East Stroudsburg, Wilson, Nazareth,
  Bangor, Pen Argyl, Wind Gap, Bath, Belfast, West Easton, Tatamy,
  East Bangor, Steuben, Glendon, Stormville, Henryville,
  Brodheadsville and Kunkletown.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other poor drainage areas and low lying spots.
