* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 745 PM EDT.

* At 544 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the south central portions of Berks County south 
  of Reading. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen, with 
  another inch possible in a short period of time. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN BERKS COUNTY...

At 701 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain and flash flooding across the southern portions of Berks County 
have moved out of the area. However, water remains ponded in some 
areas, so the Flash Flood Warning will remain in effect until this 
water drains. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

deaths occur in vehicles.
