  South central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1215 AM EDT.

* At 820 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the
  areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Bensalem, Yeadon, Jenkintown, Narberth, Rockledge,
  Abington, Bryn Athyn, Wissinoming, Feasterville-Trevose, Morris
  Park, Germantown, Northeast Philadelphia, Center City,
  Feasterville, Tacony, Andalusia, Holmesburg, Kensington and
  Roxborough.

Additional rainfall amounts of up to one inch are possible in the 
warned area.
