Water levels continue to subside along the coast and most back
bays and estuaries in Ocean County. However, water will remain
trapped in the upper part of Barnegat Bay into the afternoon and
minor flooding will continue there.
Additional minor flooding is anticipated during the early part of
the new week. New Coastal Flood Advisories may be issued.

Garden Street, and Washington Avenue. In Delaware County,
flooding is possible in Tinicum Township. In Gloucester and
Camden Counties, roadway flooding is possible in Camden, West
Deptford Township, Gloucester City, and other locations near the
Delaware River and its tributaries.

Minor flooding is possible along the northern shores of Barnegat
Bay into early this evening. Winds will be shifting to off shore
this afternoon, which will help water evacuate following the
earlier high tide, but it may take until early this evening for
water to fully evacuate.

Therefore, the coastal flood advisory will be allowed to expire at

...TIDAL FLOODING SUBSIDING ON BARNEGAT BAY...
Earlier tidal flooding on the northern shores of Barnegat Bay is
subsiding. Therefore, the coastal flood statement has been
cancelled. Water levels should continue to fall. Additional tidal
flooding is possible, especially with the high tide cycle on
Tuesday.
