* Until 215 PM EDT.

* At 1248 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to 
  begin shortly. Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause 
  flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, 
  streets and underpasses as well as other drainage areas and low 
  lying spots.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Newark, Jersey City, Elizabeth, Bayonne, Hoboken, Secaucus,
  Harrison, Union City, Kearny, Union, North Bergen, Irvington, West
  New York, Hillside and Weehawken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
