  was located near Freeborn, or 16 miles northwest of Albert Lea,
  moving east at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
