* WINDS...20 to 30 mph with higher gusts.

* IMPACTS...Winds this strong can make driving difficult, 
  especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. The 
  strong winds can also blow around loose light- weight outdoor 
  objects. Ensure these items are secured.
