* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Mobile County in southwestern Alabama...

* Until 130 PM CDT.

* At 1026 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to four inches of rain have 
  fallen across portions of the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly if not already ongoing.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Tillmans Corner, Theodore, Bayou La Batre, Coden, I10 And I65 and
  Alabama Port.

Additional rainfall amounts of up to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area over the next hour.

total rainfall has fallen in portions of the warned area. Flash 
flooding is occurring, per public reports.

Additional rainfall amounts of up to an inch are possible in the 
warned area over the next hour, which could delay receding flood
