The National Weather Service in Miami has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  South central Collier County in southwestern Florida...

* Until 515 PM EDT.
    
* At 448 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Carnestown, or 7 miles northwest of Everglades
  City, moving southwest at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Carnestown, Copeland, Fakahatchee Strand State Preserve, Port Of
  The Island and Cape Romano Aquatic Preserve.
