  Pike County in northeastern Missouri...

* Until noon CDT Saturday.

* At 559 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Bowling Green, Louisiana, Clarksville, Frankford, Tarrants,
  Spencerburg, Edgewood, Cyrene, St. Clement and Ashburn.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
