At 132 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported that South Tom Bass
Road near Turkey Creek had water over it and it is closed to through
traffic. Even though showers and storms are diminishing, up to three
inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to
persist.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Columbia, Jefferson City, Ashland, Holts Summit, Columbia Regional
Airport, Wardsville, St. Martins, Taos, New Bloomfield, Freeburg,
Westphalia, Lake Mykee Town, Centertown, St. Thomas, Easley, Hickory
