* At 503 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
  area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Louisville, Jeffersonville, New Albany, St. Matthews, Lyndon,
  Prospect, Graymoor-Devondale, Windy Hills, Anchorage and
  Worthington Hills.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible over 
localized areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small

At 611 PM EDT, local law enforcement and an NWS employee reported 
heavy rain up to 2 inches has caused road closures in Jeffersonville 
and East of downtown Louisville. 

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Louisville, Jeffersonville, New Albany, St. Matthews, Lyndon,
Prospect, Graymoor-Devondale, Windy Hills, Anchorage and Worthington
Hills.

The heavy rain has ended, and little additional rainfall will occur, 
however Flash Flooding may continue for another hour until water 
recedes.
