BROWN AND KEYA PAHA COUNTIES UNTIL 200 AM CDT... At 105 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles south of Valentine to near Ainsworth to 10 miles north of Rose. Movement was east at 30 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms. Locations impacted include... Valentine, Ainsworth, Bassett, Springview, Long Pine, Newport, Johnstown, Rose, Norden, Wood Lake, Hofeld Lake, Raven, Bobcat State Wildlife Management Area, Twin Lakes State Wildlife Management Area, Thomas Creek State Wildlife Management Area, Duff, Mariaville, Smith Falls State Park, Pine Glen State Wildlife Refuge and Antelope Peak. This includes the following highways... Highway 183 between mile markers 154 and 129. Highway 20 between mile markers 190 and 273. Highway 97 between mile markers 132 and 141.
