...TROPICAL STORM WARNING IS CANCELLED...

The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a Small Craft
Advisory, which is in effect until 8 AM AST Thursday. The
Tropical Storm Warning has been cancelled. 

* WINDS...North winds 15 to 20 knots with higher gusts, backing 
  south after midnight.

* WAVES/SEAS...Seas 5 to 7 feet with occasional seas up to 9 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
and/or seas of 7 feet or more are expected to produce hazardous
wave conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners...
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.

* WINDS...Southeast winds up to 45 to 65 knots with gusts to up to
  75 knots--highest in the northern half of the offshore Atlantic 
  waters.
  

* WAVES/SEAS...Seas 10 to 12 feet with occasional seas up to 14
  feet. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Hurricane Warning means sustained winds of 64 kts or 74 mph or
higher associated with a hurricane are expected within 36 hours.
A Hurricane Warning can remain in effect when dangerously high
water or a combination of dangerously high water and
exceptionally high waves continue...even though winds may be less
than hurricane force.
