...HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH LATE
TONIGHT...

* LOCATION...Beaches across northwest Puerto Rico, particularly
  Penon Brusi and Tunel Guajataca.

* TIMING...This evening through late tonight.

* IMPACTS....Strong currents that can carry out to sea even the 
  best of swimmers. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

There is a high risk of rip currents.

Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and
float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a
direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the
shore and call or wave for help.
