* At 514 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ice Cliff, Mills, Gardner, Scalf, Erose and Salt Gum.
Additional rainfall amounts of up to an inch are possible in the
warned area.

EAST CENTRAL KNOX AND SOUTHEASTERN CLAY COUNTIES...
At 530 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain coming to an end across the warned area. Up to two inches of
rain have already fallen across portions of the area. But light to
moderate rain continues to fall. Any additional rainfall in
combination with ongoing excessive runoff is expected to lead to
flash flooding.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ice Cliff, Mills, Gardner, Scalf, Erose and Salt Gum.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
