The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a Coastal
Flood Advisory, which is in effect until 6 AM EDT Friday. The
Coastal Flood Warning has been cancelled.

* LOCATIONS...Inland waterways of inland northeast Florida 
  including the St Johns River Basin and tributaries.

* TIDAL DEPARTURE...1 to 2 feet above ground level.

* COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS...Tidal flooding through tonight after the
  effects from Hurricane Dorian.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Coastal Flood Advisory indicates that tides will combine to 
generate flooding of low areas along the shore.

...HIGH SURF ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM EDT FRIDAY...
...HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a High
Surf Advisory, which is in effect until 6 AM EDT Friday. A High
Rip Current Risk has also been issued. This High Rip Current Risk
is in effect through late tonight.

* LOCATIONS...Atlantic coastal areas and inland waterways of 
  southeast Georgia.

* SURF AND RIP CURRENT RISK...Very dangerous rip currents are
  expected due to Hurricane Dorian. Surf 4 to 7 feet.

* SHORELINE IMPACTS...Moderate beach erosion can be expected 
  especially during times of high tide in association with the 
  surf.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Surf Advisory means that high surf will affect beaches in
the advisory area, producing rip currents and localized beach
erosion.

Rip currents are powerful channels of water flowing quickly away 
from shore, which occur most often at low spots or breaks in the 
sandbar and in the vicinity of structures such as groins, jetties 
and piers. Heed the advice of lifeguards and the beach patrol. Pay
attention to flags and posted signs.
