  Southeastern Van Wert County in west central Ohio...
  Southwestern Allen County in west central Ohio...

* Until 515 PM EDT.
    
* At 429 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Spencerville, or 9 miles south of Delphos, moving
  east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Fort Shawnee around 455 PM EDT.
