  Northern Jay County in east central Indiana...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 546 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 
  two inches of rain was already reported. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Portland, Pennville, Center, Bryant, Balbec and Trenton. 

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN BLACKFORD AND NORTHERN JAY COUNTIES...

At 646 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms had produced 
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two, locally three, inches 
of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin 
shortly.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Portland, Pennville, Center, Bryant, Balbec and Trenton.
