* At 120 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen with
additional rain on the way. Flash flooding is expected to begin
shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Muncie, New Castle, Winchester, Union City, Albany, Parker City,
Farmland, Lynn, Selma, Ridgeville, Mooreland, Lewisville, Saratoga,
Losantville, Modoc, Blountsville, Summit Lake State Park and
Prairie Creek Reservoir.
This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 124 and 133.
