The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern Labette County in southeastern Kansas...
  Neosho County in southeastern Kansas...

* Until 1030 AM CDT.

* At 635 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimated up to two 
  inches of rain have already fallen in some areas overnight. Flash 
  flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Parsons, Chanute, Erie, Altamont, St. Paul, Thayer, Mound Valley,
  Galesburg, Labette, Stark, Earlton, Lake Parsons, Parsons Tri City
  Airport, Dennis, Big Hill Lake, Chanute Airport and South Mound.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
