  Central Franklin County in south central Nebraska...

* Until 400 PM CDT.
    
* At 330 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Bloomington, or 28 miles northeast of
  Phillipsburg, moving northeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

At 340 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 
was located a few miles north-northwest of Franklin, or 28 miles 
southeast of Holdrege, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
