The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Jackson County in southwestern Minnesota...
  Southeastern Cottonwood County in southwestern Minnesota...

* Until 715 PM CDT.
    
* At 644 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Bergen, or 8 miles southeast of Windom, moving
  southeast at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. Spotters continued to observe 
           rotation with this storm. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northeastern Jackson and southeastern Cottonwood Counties.
