Southwestern Gregory County in south central South Dakota...
* Until 745 PM CDT.
* At 729 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 9 miles southwest of Herrick, or 25 miles northeast of
Springview, moving southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
