was located near Waubun, or 28 miles north of Detroit Lakes, moving
northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...TORNADO and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Weather spotters reported a funnel cloud near Waubun at 725
pm cdt.
IMPACT...Expect damage to mobile homes, roofs, and vehicles.
This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southwestern Mahnomen and north central Becker Counties.
