The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern Laramie County in southeastern Wyoming...

* Until 445 PM MDT.

* At 422 PM MDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Hillsdale, or
  10 miles northeast of Cheyenne, moving southeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Public confirmed tornado. At 4 PM, the public reported a 
           tornado on the ground east of Ranchettes. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Hillsdale around 445 PM MDT.

SOUTHEASTERN LARAMIE COUNTY...
    
At 432 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Hillsdale, or 12 miles east of Cheyenne, moving
southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation and public reported rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This dangerous storm will be near...
  Hillsdale around 445 PM MDT.

This includes Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 372 and
389.

445 PM MDT...
                
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However small hail
is still possible with this thunderstorm.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
Cheyenne.

Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
Central Laramie County.
