  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

EAST CENTRAL LORAIN COUNTY...

At 909 PM EDT, emergency management reported flash flooding in and 
around Eaton Township. The rain has ended but up to 2 inches of rain 
occured. Flash flooding is already occurring.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Grafton, Eaton, Lagrange and Eaton Estates.
