  Northern Wayne County in northeastern Ohio...

* Until 900 AM EDT.

* At 353 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Rittman, Doylestown, Creston, Marshallville, Burbank and Congress.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 AM EDT FOR
NORTHERN WAYNE COUNTY...

At 729 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the rain has ended. 
rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches fell overnight with numerous roads 
closed. The main flooding problems have been in the vicinity of 
Rittman. Please do not drive around signs that indicate a road is 
closed from the flooding.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Rittman, Doylestown, Creston, West Salem, Marshallville, Burbank and
Congress.
