CHAUTAUQUA AND WESTERN GENESEE COUNTIES...
At 115 AM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 8 miles west of Fort Niagara State Park
to 13 miles northwest of Angola on the Lake to near Erie. Movement
was east at 45 mph.
Winds in excess of 35 to 40 mph are possible with these storms.
Strongest gusts will likely be near communities along the Lake Erie
shoreline. Storms, with torrential downpours and frequent lightning
will be upon the lake shoreline, and then gradually weaken as they
advance farther inland this early morning.

Buffalo, Cheektowaga, Niagara Falls, West Seneca, North Tonawanda,
Clarence, Lockport, Lackawanna, Kenmore, Depew, Amherst, Tonawanda,
Dunkirk, Fredonia, Lancaster, Hamburg, East Aurora, Medina,
Williamsville and Darien Lakes State Park.
This includes Interstate 90 between exits 61 and 48A.
